My Singnet Broadband line is Up After a Day Plus Downtime

The problem is I don't know what causes the problem (or they don't know?). And, I cannot terminate my contract with Singnet without paying a penalty! :(

I demanded that I should have the right to terminate the contract without paying a penalty if the line issue occurs again. But alas, I have no such right.

But, I do have a choice to get another broadband line just in case and it's a matter of whether I think it is worth to do so.
